The Practical Path of Cultivating Labor Literacy for College Students in the New Era

劳动素养的培育是劳动教育的根本,是提升大学生综合素质的必然要求。学生劳动素养的高低直接影响学生职业的选择,培养学生劳动的品质、能力、价值观念是高校开展劳动教育的重点和难点,也是素养培育的重要环节。以贵州大学工程训练中心的“工程训练综合创新实践”劳动课程为例,基于大学生的学科基础及人文素养为背景开展劳动课程,以核心素养培育为目标,探讨了新时代大学生劳动素养培育的实践路径,深化劳动教学改革,构建大学生劳动教育体系,坚持“五育并举”,全面发展学生的综合创新实践与劳动能力。

The cultivation of labor literacy is the fundamental aspect of labor education and an inevitable requirement for improving the comprehensive quality of college students.The level of students' labor literacy directly determines their career choices.Cultivating students' labor quality,ability,and values is a key and difficult point in carrying out labor education in universities,and also an important link in cultivating literacy.This article takes the comprehensive innovation practice of engineering training of our engineering training center as an example,develops a labor course based on the discipline foundation and humanistic literacy of college students,with the goal of cultivating core literacy,explores the practical path of cultivating labor literacy of college students in the new era,constructs a labor education system for college students,deepens labor teaching reform,adheres to the “five educations” principle,and comprehensively develops students' comprehensive abilities,especially the comprehensive innovation and practical ability.
