医学生四维协同育人模式的建构与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Four-Dimensional Coordination Education Mode for Medical Majors in Universities

为提高医学人才培养质量,加强高校思想政治工作实效,应充分发挥“课程、科研、实践、文化、网络、心理、管理、服务、资助、组织”等方面工作的育人功能,形成全员、全过程、全方位育人格局。以肇庆医学高等专科学校药学院为例,从学院专业优势入手,关注学生成长特点并结合育人工作实际,从“强‘组织育人’之基,固‘课程育人’之本,守‘实践育人’之正,创‘文化育人’之新”的维度,进行医学生育人模式的建构与实践,为医学院校培养高素质医卫人才提供有益思考。

In order to improve the quality of medical talent cultivation and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political work in universities,the educational functions of “curriculum,scientific research,practice,culture,network,psychology,management,service,funding,organization” and other aspects of work should be fully utilized,forming the pattern of comprehensive education for all staff,the entire process,and all aspects.This article takes the School of Pharmacy of Zhaoqing Medical College as an example,starting from the professional advantages of the college,focusing on the growth characteristics of students and combining the actual work of education.From "strengthening the foundation of ‘organization education',firming the foundation of ‘curriculum education',keeping ‘practice education' and creating ‘culture education'",construction and practice path of the education model for medical students are put forward,providing beneficial thinking for medical colleges to cultivate high-quality medical talents.
