摘要
高等学校本科仪器分析实验课程缺乏高阶性自主实验设计的问题仍然存在,而涉及大型分析仪器操作的高阶性实验内容又普遍受到仪器数量和实验空间制约。研究立足北京中医药大学面向二年级大学生开设的“仪器分析实验”课程,并基于前期积累的仪器分析实验案例、实验讲义、标准作业程序(SOP)、仪器操作视频以及常见问题解答等内容,旨在探索将“交互式综合实验设计”融入“仪器分析实验”课程的进阶式教学模式,为思考“仪器分析实验”教学改革方向提供实践基础。
The problem of lacking high-level autonomous experimental design in instrument analysis experimental courses still exists in some universities,and the content of high-level experiments involving the operation of large analytical instruments is generally limited by theinstrument's numberand experimental space.This study is based on the Instrument Analysis Experiment course for undergraduate students at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and uses the accumulated experimental cases of instrument analysis,experimental teaching material,standard operating procedures(SOPs),instrument operation videos,and frequently asked questions(FAQs),and aims to explore an advanced teaching mode that integrates “interactive comprehensive experimental design” into Instrument Analysis Experiment.We hope to provide a practical basis for thinking about the direction of teaching reform in the Instrument Analysis Experiment.
