益气补肾强底汤联合神经肌肉刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍的疗效

Effect of Yiqi Bushenqiangdi Decoction Combined with Neuromuscular Stimulation in Treating Postpartum Pelvic Floor Dvsfunction

摘要 目的探讨益气补肾强底汤联合神经肌肉刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)的疗效。方法分析我院2019年3月至2020年7月收治的产后盆底功能障碍患者138例,随机分为对照组和观察组各69例,对照组采用神经肌肉刺激治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用口服益气补肾强底汤。比较两组患者不同程度盆底功能障碍患者治疗前后阴道动态压力和阴道收缩持续时间和临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前0~1级患者阴道动态压力、阴道收缩持续时间低于2~3级(P<0.05);治疗后阴道动态压力、阴道收缩持续时间高于治疗前,且2~3级高于0~1级(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不同程度盆底肌力患者阴道动态压力、阴道收缩持续时间均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(97.1%vs 84.1%,P<0.05)。结论益气补肾强底汤联合神经肌肉刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍能有效增强盆底肌力,临床疗效显著。 Objective To explore the efficacy of Yiqi Bushenqiangdi Decoction combined with neuromuscular stimula-tion in the treatment of Pelvic Floor Dysfunction(PFD).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted in 138 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to July 2020.According to different treat-ment methods,they were divided into control group(n=69,neuromuscular stimulation therapy)and observation group(n=69,neuromuscular stimulation treatment+oral Yiqi Bushenqiang Decoction).The vaginal dynamic pressure,duration of va-ginal contraction and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with dif-ferent degrees of pelvic floor dysfunction.Results Before treatment,vaginal dynamic pressure and duration of vaginal con-traction in grade 0~1 patients in the two groups were lower than grade 2~3 ones(P<0.05).After treatment,vaginal dy-namic pressure and duration of vaginal contraction were higher than those before treatment,and grade 2~3 was higher than grade 0~1(P<0.05).After treatment,vaginal dynamic pressure and duration of vaginal contraction in patients with differ-ent degrees of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group(97.1%vs 84.1%,P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Bushenqiangdi Decoction combined with neuromuscular stimulation can effectively enhance pelvic floor muscle strength in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction with good clinical effect.
