摘要
水冷板是新能源车辆的关键部件,其换热性能直接影响了冷却系统的效能。利用CFD技术对某款水冷板的热力性能进行了分析研究。首先,建立其3D简化模型,并利用前处理软件生成网格;然后在Fluent 15.0中模拟特定工况下的性能,经20 000步迭代收敛后,输出计算结果。通过分析结果可知,当前水冷板流道内平均流速为0.16 m/s,换热量为4 883.25 J,压力损失为394.84 Pa,可以满足高效工作下的散热需求。
The water-cooling plate(WCP)is the key component of new energy vehicles,and its heat exchange performance directly affects the efficiency of cooling system.In this paper,the thermal performance of the WCP is analyzed by CFD technology.Firstly,the 3D simplified model is established and its mesh is generated by pre-processing software.Then the performance under specific working conditions is simulated in Fluent 15.0,and the calculation results are output after convergence by 20000 iterative steps.The analysis results show that the current average flow velocity in the channel of WCP is 0.16 m/s,the heat exchange is 4883.25 J,and the pressure loss is 394.84 Pa,which can meet the heat dissipation requirements under high efficiency work.
