三孔仿形拉瓦尔喷嘴风冷淬火换热特性分析

摘要 为提高钢轨风冷淬火的换热均匀性,提出了一种新型的三孔仿形拉瓦尔喷嘴,并基于ANSYS Fluent软件建立了参数化的三孔仿形拉瓦尔喷嘴风冷淬火有限体积模型,着重分析了不同喷风压力和开淬温度对风冷淬火换热特性的影响规律。分析结果表明,随着喷风压力的增加,壁面换热系数的横向分布均匀性逐渐下降,滞止区壁面换热系数整体逐渐增加,喷风压力为0.3 MPa时可较好兼顾换热强度和均匀性;随着开淬温度的增加,壁面换热系数逐渐线性下降,开淬温度对壁面换热系数横向分布均匀性的影响相对较小。 In order to improve the heat transfer uniformity of air-cooled quenching of rail,a new type of three-outlet profiling Laval nozzle is proposed,while a corresponding parameterized finite volume model of air-quenching using ANSYS Fluent software is established.Then the influence of different inlet pressure and quenching temperature on the heat transfer characteristics is analyzed.The analysis results show that as the inlet pressure increases,the lateral uniformity of the wall heat transfer coefficient gradually decreases,and the overall wall heat transfer coefficient in the stagnation zone gradually increases.The heat transfer intensity and uniformity can be taken into account when the inlet pressure is 0.3 MPa.As the quenching temperature increases,the wall heat transfer coefficient gradually decreases linearly,and the influence of quenching temperature on the lateral uniformity of wall heat transfer coefficient is relatively small.
