摘要 为加快新鲜核桃上市时间,并延长核桃的产业链,设计出一种高效青皮核桃处理一体机,该一体机实现了对青皮核桃的去皮及对青皮的榨汁再利用。通过研究去皮区的长度、机件的转速及青皮的厚度对其去除率的影响,设计出全新的去皮栅格,使其能最大程度地为不同厚度的青皮核桃去皮,降低青皮核桃的破损率。青皮核桃去青皮后,一体机对去掉的青皮进行榨汁处理并实现汁渣分离,实现对青皮的废物利用,同时对环境保护也具有一定的积极意义。 In order to speed up the time to market of fresh walnut and prolong the industrial chain of walnut,a kind of high-efficient all-in-one machine for processing green-skin walnut was designed.The all-in-one machine realizes the peeling of green-skin walnut and the reuse of juice extraction.By studying the effects of the length of peeling area,the rotational speed of machine parts and the thickness of green skin on its removal rate,a new peeling grid was designed to peel walnut with different thickness and reduce the damage rate of green walnut.After removing the green skin of walnut,the integrated machine can extract juice from the removed green skin and realize the separation of juice residue,so as to realize the waste utilization of green peel.At the same time,it also has a certain positive significance for environmental protection.
