摘要
研制了一款智能织物气密性测试仪,用于测试织物的防水透气性能。结合仪器的工作原理和主要结构,阐述了仪器的几个主要功能:加水排水、试样压紧、图像处理、数据分析。同时,对仪器的图像处理和数据分析方法进行了详细描述,最后,通过实际测试效果说明仪器的性能特点及产生的实际经济价值。
An intelligent fabric air-tightness tester was developed to test the waterproof and breathability of fabrics.Combined with the working principle and main structure of the instrument,several main functions of the instrument are described:water addition and drainage,sample compaction,image processing,and data analysis.At the same time,the image processing and data analysis methods of the instrument are described in detail.Finally,the performance characteristics and the actual economic value of the instrument are explained through the actual test results.
