摘要
针对某型轴箱转臂定位节点绝缘阻值异常问题,从影响因素识别、试验检测等方面对阻值异常原因做了细致分析,确定了阻值异常原因为个别产品生产过程中的偶然因素导致发丝状铁屑产生并留存在芯轴与硫化体的型腔内,造成节点芯轴和外套导通。为确保后续产品生产质量的稳定性,对产品结构进行了优化并对制造工艺和质量控制方面给出了建议。
This paper mainly aimed at the abnormal insulation resistance value of the positioning node of a certain type axle box boom,and made a detailed analysis of the reasons for the abnormal resistance value from the influential factors identification,measurement,test and other aspects,and determined that the abnormal resistance value was caused by accidental factors in the production process of individual products,which led to the generation of hairline iron filings and kept in the cavity of the mandrel and vulcanized body,resulting in the conduction of the mandrel and jacket of the node.In order to ensure the stability of the production quality of the following products,the product structure was optimized and some suggestions on the quality control of manufacturing process were given.
