A Historical Review of the Development of Rural Vocational Education in Xingguo during the Period of the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区时期兴国在农业职业教育、卫生职业教育、女子职业教育和职业培训等方面进行了积极的探索。其乡村职业教育的发展具有人民性和参与性、多元化与开放性、生产性与实践性等突出的特征;对于当下乡村职业教育服务于乡村振兴发展具有重要的教育思想启蒙作用和传承借鉴意义,即应坚持以人为本的职业教育价值取向、树立适应需求的职业教育办学理念、贯彻实事求是的职业教育办学精神和坚持扎根乡土的职业教育办学实践。

in the period of the Central Soviet Area,Xingguo explored initially in areas of rural vocational education,hygeian vocational education,women's vocational education,vacaional training.It is found that rural vocational education in Xingguo in that period was characterized by people-orientation/participation,diversification and openness,high productivity and practicalness.These distinguishing characteristics?enlighten and afford lessons for current rural vocational education,which is designed to sever for the development of rural revitalization.Therefore,when developing rural vocational education,we should follow people-oriented value,demand-oriented concept,practical and realistic spirit and the practice of rooting in the countryside.
