摘要
研究了中间退火温度、保温时间、冷却速度对5A90合金板材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,5A90合金板材在450~460℃退火保温70 min,快速空冷时,材料综合力学性能最佳。退火过程形成脱锂层组织,脱锂层对力学性能的影响较小。
The effects of intermediate annealing temperature,holding time and cooling rate on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 5A90 alloy sheet were studied.The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of 5A90 alloy sheet were the best when it was annealed at 450~460℃for 70 min and rapidly cooled by air.The structure of delithiated layer was formed dur-ing annealing,and the effect of which on mechanical properties was slight.
