摘要 涂油机由高压发生器、高压包、刀梁、接地增宽板、计量泵、流量计、在线油膜检测仪等元器件及设备组成。通过改变涂油机的电场,从而改变带电油离子在电场中的活动轨迹及活跃情况来优化涂油机的涂油效果,并通过在线油膜检测仪来实时检测涂油情况及涂油均匀性,最终以在线油膜检测仪检测的结果来反馈涂油机实际涂油效果是否达到控制要求。 This paper introduces the components and equipment such as high voltage generator,high pressure pack,cutter beam,ground broadening plate,metering pump,flow meter and on-line oil film detector.The oiling effect of the oiler can be optimized by changing the electric field of the oiler,thus changing the active trajectory and active condition of the charged oil ions in the electric field.And the online oil film detector is used for detecting the oil coating situation and oil coating uniformity in real time,and Finally,the results of the on-line oil film detector are used to feedback whether the actual oiling effect of the oiler meets the control require-ments.
