科技企业孵化器与在孵企业耦合协调发展研究

Research on the Coupling Coordination Development of Technology Business Incubator and Incubated Enterprises

选取2015—2020年《中国火炬统计年鉴》中科技企业孵化器与在孵企业相关数据,通过构建科技企业孵化器与在孵企业评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型来揭示2014—2019年不同地区科技企业孵化器与在孵企业耦合协调度时空演化规律,最后提出加强两者耦合协调发展的对策建议。研究结果表明:2014—2019年我国科技企业孵化器与在孵企业耦合协调度呈现上升的态势,但整体水平偏低;具有明显的地域空间差异,华东地区耦合协调度高于其他五大区域。最后提出完善信息公开机制,完善创业导师机制,建立协同奖惩机制的对策建议。

This paper selects the relevant data of technology business incubators and incubated enterprises in the China Torch Statistical Yearbook from 2015 to 2020,by constructing the evaluation index system between the two,the coupling coordination degree model is used to reveal the spatio-temporal evolution rule between technology business incubators and incubated enterprises in different regions from 2014 to 2019,and finally countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for their coupling coordination development.The results show that from 2014 to 2019,the coupling coordination degree between technology business incubators and incubated enterprises in China shows an upward trend,but the overall level is low,and there are obvious regional spatial differences,and the coupling coordination degree in East China is higher than that in the other five regions.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on improving the information disclosure mechanism,improving the entrepreneurial mentor mechanism,and establishing a cooperative reward and punishment mechanism.
