摘要
创新是推动企业进步的关键,情怀已经成为影响企业创新活动的重要因素。以身份理论、利益相关者理论以及现有研究为基础,构建企业家情怀经由机会识别和资源获取影响创新投入的概念模型,并提出相应的假设。以浙江制造业企业为样本,利用336份有效问卷进行实证分析,验证相应假设。结果表明,企业家情怀能够促进企业的创新投入,机会识别和资源获取在企业家情怀对创新投入的影响路径中起部分中介作用。
Innovation is the key to promote the progress of enterprises,and sentiment has become an important factor influencing the innovation activities of enterprises.Based on identity theory,stakeholder theory and existing studies,this paper constructs a conceptual model of sentiment that influences the innovation input through opportunity identification and resource acquisition,and proposes corresponding hypotheses.An empirical analysis was conducted using 336 valid questionnaires with the manufacturing enterprises in Zhejiang Province as the sample to verify the corresponding hypotheses,and the results show that entrepreneurial sentiment can promote the innovation input of enterprises;opportunity identification and resource acquisition play a partly mediating role in the influence path from entrepreneurial sentiment to innovation input.
