日标石油深井钻头用钢SCM440H的研发

摘要 通过向中碳钢中添加Cr、Mo微合金化元素,开发出满足出口需求的SCM440H石油深井钻头用热轧圆钢。抽检SCM440H结合钢产品实物质量,其屈服强度955~1 140 MPa,抗拉强度1 082~1 236 MPa,-20℃纵向冲击功84.1~109.5 J,非金属夹杂物A、B不大于1.5级、C、D不大于0.5级,晶粒度不小于7级,末端淬透性各项指标均满足用户使用技术要求。 To meet export demand,SCM440H hot rolled round steel for oil deep well drill bit was developed by adding Cr and Mo microalloying elements to medium carbon steel.Sampling inspection of SCM440H bonded steel products shows that its yield strength is 955-1140 MPa,tensile strength is 1082-1236 MPa,longitudinal impact energy at-20℃is84.1-109.5J,nonmetallic inclusions type A and B are not more than grade 1.5,type C and D are not more than grade 0.5,grain size is not less than grade 7,and all indexes of end hardenability meet the technical requirements of users.
