摘要
金属腐蚀检测对于保障国民生命财产安全具有重要意义。X射线检测法因具有良好的穿透性而被广泛应用。提出了一种基于X射线图像的金属腐蚀缺陷深度估计方法。该方法由管道位置分割、腐蚀缺陷分割、管道边缘检测、边缘法向求取、法向曲线绘制、曲线拟合修复和腐蚀深度估计7个部分组成,能够自动估计金属腐蚀深度。实验结果表明,该方法能够实现金属腐蚀深度的精确估计。
Metal corrosion detection is of great significance to protect the safety of people's life and property.X-ray inspection systems have been widely used because of their good penetrability.This paper proposes a metal corrosion depth estimation method based on X-ray images.The proposed method consists of seven modules:pipeline segmentation module,corrosion defect segmentation module,edge detection module,normal calculation module,normal curve drawing module,curve ftting module,and corrosion depth estimation module.Experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately estimate the metal corrosion depths.
