摘要
对50钢加工汽车前轴后疲劳试验失效试样进行断口、化学成分、金相组织等检测分析,结果表明,缺陷处异常脱碳是导致试样疲劳失效的原因,为客户锻造成型模具内氧化铁皮粘连造成。
The fracture analysis,chemical composition and metallographic structure of the failure samples of 50 Steel processed automobile front axle after fatigue test were tested and analyzed.The results show that abnormal decarburization at the defect is the cause of fatigue failure.That is caused by the adhesion of the oxide sheet in the customer's forging mold.
