浅谈“双碳”背景下钢铁企业绿电应用机制

Discussion on Application Mechanism of Green Electricity in Iron and Steel Enterprises under the Background of"Double Carbon Reduction Policy"

结合我国2030年碳达峰、2060年碳中和的目标,阐述了钢铁企业绿电应用的目标和原则,指出应建立钢铁企业绿电应用的规划与管理机制、运作与支撑机制以及结合碳交易的绿电调控机制,构建以“绿电+储能”为核心的智慧能源管控系统,形成钢铁企业自有的低成本绿电应用保障措施,助力钢铁企业新能源结构调整和实现绿色低碳转型发展。

Combined with China's carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060,the objective and principle of green electricity application in iron and steel enterprises are expounded.It is pointed out that the planning and management mechanism,operation and support mechanism of green electricity application in iron and steel enterprises should be established,as well as the green electricity regulation mechanism combined with carbon trading.That can build a smart energy control system with"green electricity+energy storage"as the core,form the safeguard measures of low-cost green electricity application in iron and steel enterprises,and help the steel enterprises to adjust the new energy structure and achieve green and low-carbon transformation development.
