摘要
莱钢银山型钢炼钢厂为有效利用废钢资源,降低铁水消耗,通过分析提高废钢比对物料加入量和终点控制的影响,开发出高废钢比转炉冶炼技术。研究转炉物料平衡和热平衡计算,得出转炉废钢最佳的配比;优化调整转炉枪位和氧压模型及转炉加料模型,建立大废钢量冶炼模型,提高转炉脱磷率和终点命中率;优化升级废钢斗等设备,满足高废钢比生产需求;使用带碗砖出钢口,提高出钢口使用寿命,降低平均出钢时间。
In order to effectively utilize scrap steel resources and reduce molten iron consumption,Yinshan Section Steel Steel-Making Mill of Laiwu Steel Plant has developed a high scrap steel ratio converter smelting technology by analyzing the impact of increasing scrap steel ratio on material addition and endpoint control.By studying the material balance and heat balance calculation of the converter,the optimal proportion of converter scrap was determined.By optimizing and adjusting the converter gun position,oxygen pressure model,and converter feeding model,a large scrap smeling model was established,and the converter dephosphorization rate and endpoint hit rate were improved.By optimizing and upgrading equipment such as scrap steel buckets,the production needs of high scrap steel ratio can be met.By using a shaped bowl of steel tapping hole,the service life of the tap was increased and the average tap time was reduced.
