摘要
根据进口LNG中组分的特点及其冷能特性,按照冷能梯级利用的原则和循环处理原理,设计出一种新型的LNG轻烃回收流程。其特点在于循环式结构有效提高了各产品的回收率及浓度,产品后期处理阶段不需要汽化器就可直接进入天然气高压管网;同时,分离获得的轻烃产品保持低压低温液相,方便产品的储存和运输。以进口澳大利亚LNG轻烃回收流程为例,通过模拟计算和参数优化,与经典工艺相比,该优化流程甲烷摩尔浓度提高1.24%,乙烷回收率提高3.46%,能耗降低32%。
Based on the characteristics of the components in imported liquefied natural gas(LNG)and its cold energy,a new type of LNG light hydrocarbon recovery process is designed according to the principles of cold energy cascade utilization and cyclic treatment.Its characteristics are that the cyclic structure effectively improves the recovery rate and concentration of each product and the product can directly enter the high-pressure natural gas pipeline network without the vaporizer in the later stage of treatment.Simultaneously,the light hydrocarbons obtained through the separation under low-pressure and low-temperature liquid-phase conditions,facilitating the storage and transportation of the products.Taking the imported Australian LNG light hydrocarbon recovery process as an example,through simulation calculation and parameter optimization,compared with the classic technology,the optimized process has an increase of about 1.24%in methane molar content,an increase of about 3.46%in ethane recovery rate,and a reduction of 32%in energy consumption.
