化妆品纳米原料表征方法及其应用

Characterization Approaches to Nanomaterials in Cosmetics and Their Applications

随着《化妆品监督管理条例》及其配套法规的正式施行,纳米原料在我国化妆品中的应用和管理将得到进一步规范。结合欧盟消费者安全科学委员会(SCCS)、国际化妆品监管合作组织(ICCR)的技术文件以及相关研究,对化妆品纳米原料的关键参数及其表征方法进行梳理,对几种常见表征方法的基本原理、适用情况以及最新研究进展进行总结,并围绕化妆品纳米原料安全评估工作,对相关方法的实际应用以及现阶段面临的挑战进行分析,对下一步研究工作予以展望。

With the formal enforcement of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and relevant laws and regulations,the use and management of nanomaterials in cosmetics in China will be further standardized.In this review,with integrating the technical documents of the Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety(SCCS)in the EU and the International Cooperation on Cosmetic Regulation(ICCR)as well as other latest relevant studies,the authors listed key parameters and characterization approaches for nanomaterials,and provided a summary of the rationale,applicability and latest research progress of several common methods.Finally,focusing on safety evaluation of cosmetic nanomaterials,the authors analyzed the practical applications of the approaches and current challenges,and gave an outlook on research work in the future.
