摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中依克多因和麦角硫因含量的方法。采用Merck SeQuant ZIC HILIC型色谱柱(100 mm×4.6 mm×5μm)分离,以体积比75:25的乙腈-5 mmol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相等度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器测定。结果表明,依克多因和麦角硫因在1~100μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.00006%~0.0003%,回收率为91.7%~107.6%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.4%~3.4%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,适用于化妆品中依克多因和麦角硫因的检测。
A high performance liquid chromatography method was established for simultaneous determination of ectoine and ergothioneine in cosmetics.The separation was performed on a Merck SeQuant ZIC HILIC column(100 mm×4.6 mm×5μm),and the determination was carried out on a diode array detector with the mobile phase eluted with acetonitrile-5 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution at a volume ratio of 75:25.The results showed good linearity between 1-100μg/mL.The limit of detection was 0.00006%-0.0003%,the recoveries ranged from 91.7%to 107.6%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)were in the range of 0.4%-3.4%.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of ectoine and ergothione in cosmetics.
