新时代党的文艺思想具有严密的逻辑架构、完整的理论体系和科学的实践路径。基于理论向度,从价值意蕴、主体力量、原则立场、关键所在、路径举措、政治保障六大维度构建新时代党的文艺思想的理论体系。其中,民族复兴论明确了新时代文艺的价值意蕴;文艺队伍论明确了新时代文艺的主体力量;人民中心论明确了新时代文艺的原则立场;优秀作品论明确了新时代文艺的关键所在;中国精神论明确了新时代文艺的路径举措;党的领导论明确了新时代文艺的政治保障。基于实践向度,从价值意蕴、主体力量、原则立场、关键所在、路径举措、政治保障六大维度的实践推进构建新时代党的文艺思想的实践路径体系。基于理论与实践相结合的高度,全面完整阐释新时代党的文艺思想。

The CPC's literary and artistic thought in the new era is endowed with a strict logical structure,a complete theoretical system and a scientific practice path.In theoretical dimension,the theoretical system of the Party's literary and artistic thought in the new era is constructed from six dimensions,i.e.value implication,main body strength,principle stand,key point,path and measure,and political guarantee.Among them,the theory of national revival makes clear the value implication of literature and art in the new era;the theory of literary team defines the main body strength;the people-centered theory clarified the principled stand;the theory of excellent works makes clear the key feature;the Chinese spirit theory defines the path and measures;the Party's leadership theory clarifies the political guarantee.On practical dimension,the practical framework and realizing path of CPC's literary and artistic thought is constructed from six dimensions as well,i.e.value implication,main body strength,principle stand,key point,path and measure,and political guarantee.The present paper fully explains the Party's literary and artistic thought in the new era.
