中药穴位贴敷对实体肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐、睡眠及生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Point Application on Nausea,Vomiting,Sleep,and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy for Solid Tumors

目的:观察中药穴位贴敷对实体肿瘤化疗患者恶心呕吐、睡眠及生活质量的影响。方法:将200例接受肿瘤化疗患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组采用托烷司琼口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。治疗3周后,比较2组恶心呕吐次数及持续时间、治疗前后阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及生活质量评分变化。结果:治疗后,观察组恶心呕吐次数及持续时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组AIS、PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组AIS、PSQI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组AIS、PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组精神动力、心理承受能力、社会交往、家庭生活等生活质量指标评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述各项评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实体肿瘤化疗患者采用中药穴位贴敷治疗能改善恶心呕吐症状,提高睡眠及生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese medicine point application on nausea,vomiting,sleep,and quality of life in patients undergoing chemotherapy for solid tumors.Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients who were undergoing chemotherapy for solid tumors were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the oral administration of Tropisetron,and the observation group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine point application based on the treatment of the control group.After three-week treatment,the times and duration of nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups;the changes in the scores of Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),quality of life were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the times of nausea and vomiting in observation group was fewer than those in the control group,and the duration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of AIS and PSQI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of AIS and PSQI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of AIS and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of spiritual motivation,psychological endurance,social interaction,family life,and other indexes of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and each score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing chemotherapy for solid tumors,Chinese medicine point application can alleviate their symptoms of nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of sleep and life.
