Experience of LIANG Baoyi Treating Pediatric Constipation Based on Lung-Spleen-Gut Axis Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

基于中医肺-脾-肠轴理论,梁宝仪认为小儿便秘的发生责之于三焦气机失调,即肺气郁闭、脾气失运、肠腑气结,治疗需注重调理三焦气机,旨在开肺降气、培土健运、散结通腑,自拟调气疏秘方加减内服,配合日常调护综合治疗小儿便秘效果显著。

Based on lung-spleen-gut axis theory in traditional Chinese medicine,LIANG Baoyi thinks that the occurrence of pediatric constipation is attributed to the imbalance of the disorder of qi movement of sanjiao,namely constraint and blockage of lung qi,failure of spleen qi transportation,and intestinal bowel qi knot;treatment should focus on regulating qi mechanisms of sanjiao,disffusing the lung and directing qi downward banking up earth and healthy transportation,dissipating masses and unblocking the bowels.The oral administration of modified self-made Tiaoqi Shumi Recipe combined with daily care and comprehensive treatment has a significant effect on pediatric constipation.
