Food quality and safety is directly related to the overall food safety work,to the physical and mental health of the people,to social harmony and stability and healthy economic development.Based on this,this article summarizes the importance of food quality and safety and the main problems currently faced,and proposes main measures to strengthen food quality and safety management,aiming to achieve effective management of food quality.
