摘要 分子印迹固相萃取技术具有良好的选择性、较高的灵敏度,适用于复杂基质中多种农兽药残留及添加剂、营养成分等的快速分析,具有重要的应用价值。本文主要介绍了该项技术的基本概念与主要优势,论述了该技术在食品农兽药残留及添加剂、营养成分等检测中常见的运用方式,以供参考。 Molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction technology has good selectivity and high sensitivity,and is suitable for the rapid analysis of various pesticide and veterinary drug residues,additives,and nutritional components in complex matrices,and has important application value.This article mainly introduces the basic concept and main advantages of this technology,and discusses the common application methods of this technology in the detection of food pesticide and veterinary drug residues,additives,nutritional components,etc.,for reference only.
