This article conducts research on optimization and innovation of food cold chain logistics management.By analyzing its key characteristics and challenges,a series of optimization strategies and innovative methods are proposed,aiming to improve the efficiency,quality and sustainability of food cold chain logistics,and provide strong support for food safety and supply chain reliability.
