摘要 食品安全一直是社会各界关注的焦点,迅速准确地检测食品中的有害物质至关重要。合成生物学细胞传感技术在食品安全快速检测中的应用是一个备受关注的领域。本文重点讨论了合成生物学细胞传感技术在食品安全快速检测中的应用研究,包括感应元件、报告元件以及其在食品安全领域的潜在应用,旨在探讨合成生物学细胞传感系统的感应元件和报告元件,以及基于这些技术的食品安全检测应用。 Food safety has been the focus of attention from all walks of life,rapid and accurate detection of harmful substances in food is essential.The application of synthetic biological cell sensing technology in the rapid detection of food safety is an area of great concern.This paper focuses on the application of synthetic biological cell sensing technology in the rapid detection of food safety,including sensing elements,reporter elements and their potential applications in the field of food safety,the aim of this study is to explore the sensing and reporting elements of synthetic biological cell sensing system,and the application of food safety detection based on these technologies.
