摘要
本文通过对小麦加工过程中各清理设备清除杂质类型及脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量测定的研究,分析在加工过程中各清理设备对原料小麦降低毒素的作用及影响。测定分析结果证明,经各类清理设备综合清理后小麦中的脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇含量均有不同程度的下降。
In this paper,the types of impurities removed from cleaning equipment and the content of deoxynivalenol in wheat processing were studied,the effect and influence of cleaning equipment on reducing toxin of wheat were analyzed.The measurement and analysis results show that the content of deoxynivalenol in wheat has decreased to varying degrees after comprehensive cleaning with various cleaning equipment.
