浅析基层食品检验实验室标准物质管理及改进建议

Analysis on Reference Material Management and Improvement Measures in Basic Food Inspection Laboratories

标准物质是食品检验实验室进行量值溯源和检测质量控制的重要工具。科学、合理地管理标准物质是保证检验结果准确性的前提。本文结合实验室工作经验,简述了目前基层食品检验实验室标准物质的管理现状和存在的问题,并提出改进建议,以期规范标准物质的管理,提高食品检验工作质量。

Reference materials are important tools for quantity traceability and quality control in food inspection laboratories.Scientific and reasonable management of reference materials is a prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of inspection results.Based on laboratory work experience,this article briefly describes the current status and problems in the management of reference materials in grassroots food inspection laboratories,and proposes improvement suggestions to standardize the management of reference materials and improve the quality of food inspection work.
