摘要
在我国饮食文化中,中式面点始终占据至关重要的地位,随着时代变迁与制作工艺的创新,多样化的中式面点有助于丰富民众饮食体验。而在多方面因素的影响下,使得当前面点制作仍存在些许问题,不利于我国饮食文化的创新发展。基于此,本文从中式面点制作存在的问题入手,提出中式面点制作改进策略,以供参考。
In China's food culture,Chinese pastries have always occupied a vital position.With the changes of the times and the innovation of production techniques,diversified Chinese pastries help enrich people's eating experience.Under the influence of many factors,there are still some problems in the current pastry production,which is not conducive to the innovative development of China's food culture.Based on this,this article starts from the analysis of existing problems in Chinese—style pastry production and proposes improvement strategies for Chinese—style pastry production for reference.
