随着人们对食品安全关注度的日益增加,准确评估食品中的营养成分,成为保障消费者权益和促进食品行业可持续发展的关键。本文通过综合分析现有研究和实践经验,探讨了营养成分检测的方法和技术以及其在食品安全管理中的应用策略,以供参考。
With the increasing attention paid to food safety and health,accurately assessing the nutritional composition of food has become a key factor in safeguarding consumer rights and promoting sustainable development of the food industry.Through a comprehensive analysis of existing research and practical experience,this article discusses the methods and technologies of nutritional component detection,as well as its application strategies in food safety management for reference.
