软糖中辅酶Q_(10)含量检测方法研究

摘要 本研究采用HPLC法,测定软糖基质辅酶Q_(10)含量,通过筛选提取溶剂、溶解软糖的用水量、溶剂提取次数,确定检测软糖中辅酶Q_(10)含量测定的前处理方法,并进行相关的方法学验证。通过检测限、定量限、线性、精密度和准确度的试验,证明本研究所采用的方法能满足软糖中辅酶Q_(10)含量测定的要求。 This study uses the HPLC method to determine the coenzyme Q_(10) content in the gummy candies.By screening the extraction solvent,the amount of water used to dissolve the gummy candies,and the number of solvent extractions,the pre-processing method for the determination of the coenzyme Q_(10) content in the gummy candies is determined,and related methodologies are carried out.verify.Through the experiments of detection limit,quantitation limit,linearity,precision and accuracy,it was proved that the method used in this study can meet the requirements for the determination of coenzyme Q_(10) content in soft candy.
