PCR(polymerase chain reaction) technology is a rapid,sensitive and specific detection method widely used in the field of molecular biology.In the detection of food microorganisms,PCR technology has been widely adopted to ensure food safety and quality.This paper starts with the advantages and challenges of PCR technology in food microorganism detection,and focuses on the specific application strategies of PCR technology in food microorganism detection for reference.
