摘要
随着中国光伏扶贫工作的逐步推进,光伏消纳能力不足的问题凸显。为解决不同类型农村居民用户屋顶光伏消纳难的问题,提出了一种基于区块链的农村居民屋顶光伏消纳方法。通过能量路由器搭建10 kV配电网的屋顶光伏互联网络,以满足屋顶光伏电量交易的物理条件。通过近邻聚类算法对农村居民用户进行分类,并按照用户类型确定不同的交易策略;在此基础上,采用区块链进行农村居民屋顶光伏交易。在某乡应用该方法,其光伏消纳率达91.6%。验证了文中所提出的方法能够有效提高农村居民光伏消纳率。
With the gradual advancement of China's photovoltaic poverty alleviation work,the problem of insufficient photovoltaic consumption capacity has become prominent.In order to solve the difficulty of roof photovoltaic consumption of different types of rural residents,a method of roof photovoltaic consumption of rural residents based on blockchain is proposed.The roof photovoltaic interconn-ection network of 10 kV distribution network is built through the energy router to meet the physical conditions of roof photovoltaic power trading.The rural resident users are classified by nearest neighbor clustering algorithm,and different transaction strategies are determined according to the user types;On this basis,blockchain is used for roof photovoltaic transactions of rural residents.When this method is applied in a township,the photovoltaic absorption rate is 91.6%.It is verified that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the photovoltaic consumption rate of rural residents.
