摘要 结合微电网储能电池工作特点,设计了一套以TMS320F2812和LTC6811为核心的电池管理系统。采用主从式系统架构,从控模块以LTC6811为主,建立电压、电流、温度等状态采集电路和主动均衡电路,对12串电池组进行管理,与主控模块通过SPI进行串口通信;在Code Warrior开发环境中对主控模块TMS320F2812最小化系统进行软件开发,实现电池SOC估算、主动均衡控制、安全保护等程序设计,提高对电池组的监测管理能力。实验证明,该方案可行有效,电池状态参数采集精度高,电压误差为±5 mV,温度误差为±1℃,并且主动均衡效果明显,串联电池组SOC差异度在1%以内。 Combined with the working characteristics of microgrid energy storage battery,a battery management system based on TMS320F2812 and LTC6811 is designed.The master-slave system architecture is adopted,and the slave module is mainly LTC6811.The voltage,current,temperature and other state acquisition circuits and active equalization circuits are established to manage 12 series of battery packs,and communicate with the master module through SPI serial port;In the Code Warrior development environment,the software of the main control module TMS320F2812 minimization system is developed to realize the program design of battery SOC estimation,active balance control,safety protection and so on,and improve the monitoring and management ability of battery packs.Experiments show that the scheme is feasible and effective,the battery data acquisition accuracy is high,the voltage error is within ±5 mV,the temperature error is within ± 1 ℃,and the active equalization effect is obvious,and the SOC difference of the series battery pack is within 1%.
