农业适度规模化经营有助于提升农业发展水平,促进农业现代化。国际上,一些国家通过设立土地银行、成立土地管理基金、发行土地债券、组建土地抵押融资金融机构等优惠政策、建立风险分担机制等方式,完善土地流转和融资体系,促进规模化经营。我国有必要借鉴其他国家的经验,提升金融对农业规模化经营的支持力度,加快建设农业强国。
