金融助力乡村振兴成效研究——以延边州为例

Research on the Convergence of Financial Policies to Boost Rural Revitalization

本文以延边州为例,梳理近年来延边州金融助力乡村振兴主要措施、成效和困难,政策,找出具备指导意义的经验做法,将之纳入乡村振兴框架中发挥长效作用。紧密结合延边州“三农”发展实际,对新阶段巩固脱贫攻坚成果,助力乡村振兴工作中存在的问题、关键点进行总结。同时,根据乡村振兴中不同主体和总要求对金融服务的新需求,提出强化金融扶贫实效,助力乡村振兴相关建议。

This article takes Yanbian Prefecture as an example to sort out the main measures,achievements,and difficulties of financial assistance to rural revitalization in recent years,as well as policies.It identifies guiding experience and practices,and integrates them into the framework of rural revitalization to play a long-term role.Closely combining with the actual development of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" in Yanbian Prefecture,summarize the problems and key points in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in the new stage and assisting in rural revitalization work.At the same time,based on the new demands for financial services from different entities and overall requirements in rural revitalization,suggestions are proposed to strengthen the effectiveness of financial poverty alleviation and assist in rural revitalization.
