摘要 铜铁合金以其高强度、优良的导电导热性能和独特的软磁性能为特点,在低频段表现出卓越的电磁屏蔽性能。作为磁性导电材料和电磁屏蔽材料等,铜铁合金在航空航天电子对抗屏蔽系统、机器人通信控制设备以及OLED屏等领域具有广阔的应用前景。此外,还可作为抗菌抑菌材料,应用于医用敷料和医疗器械等行业。然而,Cu-Fe合金制备过程中的亚稳液相分离现象限制了合金的工业化生产。本文回顾了铜铁合金的性能与应用和制备方法,探讨了Cu-Fe合金制备过程中遇到的挑战,并提供了潜在的解决方案,让工业界和学术界了解Cu-Fe合金的优势,促进Cu-Fe合金制造业的发展。 Copper-iron(Cu-Fe)alloys are renowned for their high strength,outstanding electrical and thermal conductivity,as well as their unique soft magnetic properties.These alloys demonstrate exceptional electromagnetic shielding capabilities,particularly in low-frequency ranges,making them highly suitable for applications as magnetic conductive materials and electromagnetic shielding materials.The potential applications of Cu-Fe alloys span various sectors,including aerospace electronic warfare shielding systems,robotic communication control equipment,and OLED displays.Moreover,these alloys serve as antimicrobial and antibacterial materials,finding uses in medical dressings and medical device industries.However,the occurrence of metastable liquid phase separation during the preparation of Cu-Fe alloys has hindered their industrial production.This article primarily offers a comprehensive review of the properties,applications,and preparation techniques of copper-iron alloys.It delves into the challenges encountered in the Cu-Fe alloy preparation process and proposes potential solutions.The purpose of this article is to enlighten both the industrial and academic sectors on the benefits of Cu-Fe alloys,thereby,fostering the growth of the Cu-Fe alloy manufacturing industry.
