超早期小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果

Therapeutic Effect of Minimally Invasive Surgery with Small Bone Window in Extra-early Stage of Hypertensive Intracranial Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析超早期小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月崇左市人民医院收治的高血压脑出血患者130例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成两组,各65例。对照组行常规小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术,观察组行超早期小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术,比较两组临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0023);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用超早期小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血患者,可有效改善患者炎性反应,减少并发症,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of minimally invasive surgery with small bone window in extra-early stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:130 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Chongzuo People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups of 65 cases each by using the method of random number table.The control group performed conventional small-bone-window minimally invasive surgery while the observation group performed the surgery in a very early stage of hemorrhage.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results:after treatment the following indexes such as the ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);the total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0023);the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups was statistically not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The employment of small bone window minimally invasive surgery in extra early stage of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively improve the inflammatory reaction of patients and reduce complications,and enhance the treatment effect.
