雷贝拉唑、枸橼酸钠铋钾、阿莫西林、克拉霉素四联治疗消化性溃疡的效果

Effect of Quadruple Combination of Rabeprazole,Sodium Bismuth Potassium Citrate,Amoxicillin,and Clarithromycin in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

目的:探究雷贝拉唑联合枸橼酸钠铋钾、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年12月江苏省兴化市人民医院收治的消化性溃疡患者120例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林和克拉霉素缓释片三联治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合枸橼酸钠铋钾胶囊治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状积分、生活质量评分及满意度。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);治疗后,研究组症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);治疗后,研究组自觉症状、社会活动状态、生理功能状态、心理情绪状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合枸橼酸钠铋钾、阿莫西林、克拉霉素治疗消化性溃疡效果较好,可提高患者生活质量、满意度,改善症状。

Objective:To explore the effect of rabeprazole combined with sodium bismuth potassium citrate,amoxillin and clarithromyein in the treatment of peptie ulcer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with peptic ulcer were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 60 cases in each group in the Xinghua People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from March 2019 to December 2020.The control group was treated with triple treatment of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,amocillin and clarithromycin sustained-release tablets,and the rsearch group was treated with sodium bismuth potassium citrate capsules on the basis of the control group.The elinical fficacy,symptom scores,quality of life scores and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efctiveness of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);after treatment,the symptom scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001);after treatment,the scores of self--conscious symptoms,social activity status,physiological function status and psychological and emotional status of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical signifcance(P<0.0001);the total satisfaction of the research group was higher than thatof the control group,and the diference was stitically signifcant(P<0.0001).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with sodium bismuth potassium citrate,amxilinandclarithromycincan improve the quality oflife,satisfaction and symptoms of peptic ulcer.
