舒肝宁注射液联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效

Therapeutic Effect of Shuganning Injection Combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin Injection in Treating Drug induced Liver Injury

目的:评估舒肝宁注射液联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗药物性肝损伤的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月贵阳市第一人民医院接诊的药物性肝损伤患者80例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为舒肝宁组(n=25)、复方甘草酸苷组(n=25)、复方甘草酸苷联合舒肝宁组(n=30)。舒肝宁组采用舒肝宁注射液治疗,复方甘草酸苷组采用复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗,复方甘草酸苷联合舒肝宁组采用舒肝宁注射液与复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗。比较三组治疗效果、肝功能指标[谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)]。结果:复方甘草酸苷联合舒肝宁组治疗总有效率高于舒肝宁组、复方甘草酸苷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,复方甘草酸苷组ALT、AST、TBiL、DBiL水平低于舒肝宁组,复方甘草酸苷联合舒肝宁组ALT、AST、TBiL、DBiL水平低于复方甘草酸苷组和舒肝宁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:舒肝宁注射液联合复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗药物性肝损伤患者的效果显著,有利于改善肝功能指标。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shuganning Injection(SGN)combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection in treating drug-induced liver injury.Methods:80 patients with drug-induced liver injury seen in the First People's Hospital of Guiyang from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into SGN group(n=25),glycyrrhizin group(n=25),and combination administration group(n=30)based on the method of randomized numerical table.SGN group was treated with SGN,glycyrrhizin group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection,and the Combination group was treated with SGN and compound glycyrrhizin injection.The therapeutic effect,liver function indexes including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBiL),direct bilirubin(DBiL)were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in combination group was higher than that in SGN group and glycyrrhizin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,TBiL,and DBiL in glycyrrhizin group were lower than those in SGN group;those liver function index of combination group were lower than those in glycyrrhizin group and SGN group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:SGN injection combined with compound glycyrrhizin injection is effective in the treatment of patients with drug-induced liver injury,and is conducive to the improvement of liver function indexes.
