氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合中药熏香治疗慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁、焦虑的效果

Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Aroma-incense in Treating Depression and Anxiety In Chronic Renal Failure Patients

目的:分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合中药熏香治疗慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁、焦虑的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年10月在辽宁省精神卫生中心治疗的慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁、焦虑患者120例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片口服,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药熏香治疗。比较两组抑郁、焦虑情况,治疗依从性,睡眠质量,生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组抑郁自评量表评分、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024);治疗后,观察组生理功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛、情感职能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合中药熏香治疗慢性肾衰竭伴抑郁、焦虑患者可减轻焦虑、抑郁程度,提升患者的治疗依从性,改善其睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets combined with TCM aroma-incense in the treatment of chronic renal failure with depression and anxiety.Methods:120 patients with depression and anxiety combined with chronic renal failure in Liaoning Mental Health Center from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases each,according to the method of random number table.The control group was given Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets while the observation group adding TCM aroma-incense on the basis of the control group.The Symptoms of Depression and anxiety,therapeutic compliance,sleep quality,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the depression self-assessment scale score and anxiety self assessment scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the therapeutic compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024);after treatment,the Physical function,mental health,somatic pain,and emotional function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets combined with TCM aroma-incense can reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in chronic renal failure patients,enhance therapeutic compliance,and improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
