围术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用

Perioperative Visiting Nursing Management in Cardiac Interventional Therapy

目的:探讨围术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年7月于新疆医科大学第一附属医院进行心脏介入治疗的患者100例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期访视护理。比较两组患者心理状况、血压、心率、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。结论:围术期访视护理在心脏介入治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效调节患者负性情绪,稳定血压、心率水平,提升救护安全性,提高患者满意程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative visiting nursing management in cardiac interventional therapy.Meth⁃ods:100 patients who underwent cardiac interventional therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the observation group and the con⁃trol group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 50 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given perioperative visiting nursing care.The psychological condition,blood pressure,heart rate,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared in the two groups.Results:After the nursing care,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-assessment scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with a significant differ⁃ence(P=0.002);and the satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group with a sig⁃nificant difference(P=0.004).Conclusion:The application of perioperative visiting nursing in cardiac interventional therapy is re⁃markable,which can effectively regulate the negative emotions of patients,stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate levels,en⁃hance the safety of ambulance service,improve patients'satisfaction.
