心理护理对急性脑梗死患者负性情绪及神经功能恢复的影响

Effects of Psychological Nursing Care on Negative Emotions and Neurological Functional Recovery in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarct

目的:分析对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者实施心理护理,对负性情绪、神经功能的影响。方法:选取2020年7月—2022年12月沈阳市康平县人民医院收治的ACI患者152例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各76例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理护理。比较两组负性情绪、神经功能恢复改善程度、自我护理能力评分及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组自我处置药物行为能力、自我心理调节能力、疾病知识能力、配合康复训练能力、自我监控症状行为能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、护理操作水平、护理及时性、健康宣教、护理态度护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对ACI患者开展心理护理干预,能够有效改善其负面情绪,帮助神经功能恢复,提升自我护理能力,护理满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the effects of implementing psychological care on acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients on negative emotions and neurological functions.Methods:152 cases of ACI patients admitted to Kangping County People's Hospital in Shenyang City from July 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table,each with 76 cases.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given psychological nursing care on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of negative emotions,the degree of improvement in neurological function recovery,self-care ability score and nursing satisfaction.Results:After the nursing care,the scores of depression self-assessment scale,anxiety self assessment scale,and National Institutes of Health stroke scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of self-handling ability,self-psychological adjustment ability,disease knowledge ability,combination rehabilitation training ability and self-monitoring symptom behavior ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction scores of basic nursing,nursing operation level,nursing timeliness,health education and nursing attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological nursing intervention for ACI patients can effectively improve their negative emotions,help the recovery of neurological function,improve self-care competence,and have higher nursing satisfaction.
