可折叠装船机钢丝绳作用力研究

摘要 随着海上贸易需求的增加,装船机技术得到了飞速的发展。围绕包装粮的快速高效无人化装船与装车,基于包粮溜滑梯的装船形式,设计一款能够实现空间多自由度伸展、移动的可折叠式包装粮、包装豆粕装船系统,针对新型可折叠式装船机运行工作过程主要依靠钢丝绳进行拉伸,特对最危险部分钢丝绳结构常发生疲劳断裂的问题,建立了可折叠式装船机三维模型,对两节皮带机进行了载荷分析,得到了钢丝绳作用力与皮带机各种载荷的关系。通过ANSYS有限元分析进行了仿真试验,仿真结果与理论数值有较好的一致性,误差小于1%,可认为钢丝绳受力公式较为可靠。在Matlab中将目标多元函数进行化参求解,在此之下找到了钢丝绳在装船机结构中最佳吊点位置,使得现有结构下在行车上吊点位置距离行车主体4900 mm时钢丝绳作用力最小。 With the increasing demand for marine trade,the development of ship loader requires more resources to be invested.Centering on the fast and efficient unmanned loading and shipment of packaged grain,in this paper,the grain slide is adopted for shipment,and a collapsible ship-loading system for packaged grain and soybean meal is designed which can realize spatial extension and movement with multiple degrees of freedom.In view of the operation process of the new collapsible ship loader,it mainly relies on steel rope for stretching.Aiming at the problem of fatigue fracture that often occurs on the most dangerous part of the steel wire rope structure,a three-dimensional model of the collapsible ship loader is established,the load analysis of two belt conveyors is carried out,and the relationship between the acting force of the steel wire rope and various loads of the belt conveyer is obtained.The simulation experiment is carried out by ANSYS finite element analysis.The simulation results are quite consistent with the theoretical values,and the error is less than 1%.It can be considered that the force bearing formula of steel wire rope is more reliable.The objective multivariate function was solved by parameters in MATLAB,and the optimal hoisting point position of the steel wire rope in the structure of the ship loader was found.With the existing structure,the acting force of the steel wire rope was minimized when the hoisting point position was 4900mm away from the main body of travelling crane.
