村民参与村务数字化管理的影响机制研究

Research on Influence Mechanism of Villagers’Participation in Digital Management of Village Affairs

以SOR模型为基本框架,结合MOA模型和TAM模型构建村民参与村务数字化管理的影响机制研究模型,利用湖南省538份村民问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型进行实证检验分析。结果表明:动机、机会、能力等内外刺激因素能够显著影响村民对村务数字化管理的有用性、易用性及风险性感知,并通过三者对其参与意愿产生间接影响;感知有用性和感知易用性对村民参与村务数字化管理的意愿产生显著正向影响,感知风险性则产生显著负向影响。据此,建议充分考虑村民的实际情况,以创造机会、激发动机和提升能力为着眼点,以促进村民高效、便捷、安全参与管理为关键点,进一步完善管理平台、强化宣传推广、加强应用培训等,增强村民参与村务数字化管理的意愿与行为,扩大村民有序政治参与和提升村务管理效能。

Taking the SOR model as the basic framework,combined with the MOA model and TAM model,this paper constructs a research model on the influence mechanism of villagers’participation in the digital management of village affairs.Using 538 villagers’questionnaire data in Hunan Province,the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis.The results show that most of the internal and external incentives,such as motivation,opportunity and ability,can significantly affect the usefulness,ease of use and risk perception of villagers’digital management of village affairs,and indirectly affect their participation willingness through the three factors.Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a significant positive impact on villagers’participation willingness to in the digital management of village affairs,while perceived risk has a significant negative impact.In this regard,we should fully consider the actual situation of villagers,take creating opportunities,stimulating motivation and improving ability as the focus,and promote the efficient,convenient and safe participation of villagers in management as the key point,further improve the management platform,strengthen publicity and promotion,strengthen application training,etc.,enhance the willingness and behavior of villagers’participation in the digital management of village affairs,expand the orderly political participation of villagers and improve the efficiency of village affairs management.
