融合红色发展理念的定庆铁路方案决策与评价研究

摘要 定庆铁路建设对于促进革命老区经济发展具有十分重要的作用,也是促进红色教育、发展红色旅游的重要支撑。为在铁路线路的方案决策中更好地考虑红色促进因素,基于GIS的空间分析、数据转化等技术,构建一个融合红色景点、交通路网与经济发展为一体的地理空间数据库。在地理空间数据库的支持下,研究不同铁路线路方案对经济发展和红色旅游的促进作用,并以此作为线路方案决策的重要因素。结合定庆铁路方案实例分析发现,铁路按推荐的方案建成后,各可达性指标得到了明显提升;可有效地促进该区域红色旅游发展,基本实现区域3A级以上红色景点“一日游”“两日游”等时圈范围的全面覆盖。研究结果表明,本文提出的方法能够为今后革命老区铁路选线设计提供一定的技术支撑。 The construction of Dingxi-Qingyang Railway plays a very important role in promoting the economic development of old revolutionary base areas.Meanwhile,it is an important support for promoting red education and developing red tourism.For more consideration of red promotion factors in scheme decisions for railway lines,a geospatial database integrating red scenic spots,traffic network and economic development is built based on GIS spatial analysis,data transformation and other technologies.With the support of geospatial database,this paper studies the promotion of different railway line schemes on economic development and red tourism,and takes these as the important factors in route scheme decision-making.Combined with the real case of the Dingxi-Qingyang Railway scheme,the analysis shows that after the construction of the railway according to the recommended scheme,the accessibility indicators would be significantly improved.And the development of red tourism in the study area would be effectively promoted,and the “one-day tour” and “two-day tour” of red scenic spots above 3A level in the region would basically be fully covered.All in all,the results show that this method can provide some technical support for railway alignment design in the old revolutionary base area in the future.
