In the face of increasing factors contributing to global security instability and an uncertain outlook for the overall recovery of the world economy,as well as the politicization and securitization of the economic and trade sector,BRICS countries have consistently adhered to their original intention of safeguarding the interests of developing countries.The resilience of the mechanism has withstood the test.BRICS has also achieved a historic expansion,which drives it into a new era of transformation and upgrading.Standing at a new starting point,the internal and external development momentum of BRICS countries is synchronously enhanced.BRICS countries will continue to explore new models for the collective and sustainable rise of developing countries and emerging economies,as well as promoting economic development and achieving common security.China actively practices the BRICS spirit,uniting with BRICS member countries to strengthen practical cooperation and implement the BRICS Action Plan more effectively,enhance and improve the global governance system,and jointly build a community of shared future for humanity.
